Production Flow

Combing Machine Process
place sisal fibre on the feeding table and feed it into the machine. Comb, clean, and output the fibers for further processing.
Drawing Fram Process
The drafting mechanism combines and drafts the fibre slivers to straighten, mix evenly, reduce unevenness, and form uniform drawn slivers for the spinning machine.
Spinning Machine Process
The drawn sliver enters the spinning machine, is processed into yarn, and then wound on bobbins for use.
